Boguslaw Witkowski is a master engineer architect and founder of Town Planning Design & Architecture. His earlier international experience includes work connected to Barcelona Airport, the SWIFT headquarters in La Hulpe, Baghdad University's athletic college, the Gabon University campus, and modular housing in High Silesia.

Through TPD&A, the practice expanded from housing into public, cultural, and urban projects, including competition work such as Osaka Suspended Gardens, Toronto Coptic Village, Busan Gwangbok Street, Brussels Hills on the Beach, and the New Silk Road Museum Park in Xi'an.
